Which packages unlock CLI API and metering.
CLI API access comes with paid website audits (same table as /cli). Launch and Essential do not include CLI API access.

- Team / Engineering / Security Pro include `qa-audit bundle` compare after a paid crawl.
- Direct `POST /api/audit` (URL-only) counts against the monthly meter.
- When access expires, renew with another qualifying audit or contact support. Manage tokens on /account.
